Electronic Office Systems, founded in 1983, is a privately owned company, headquartered in Fairfield, NJ.  We specialize in providing comprehensive business technology solutions for organizations across New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area. Our core offerings include Printers, Copiers, and Multifunction Systems; Wide/ Large Format Printers, Plotters, and Scanners; VoIP Phone Systems and Unified Communications (UCaaS); Shredders; Document Management Software; Network Infrastructure; and Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations.

We are currently looking for industry experienced Sales Professionals to take over an existing territory of clients in Northern, NJ. Sales representatives are responsible for servicing existing accounts and securing new clients through various prospect/marketing methods.

Job Qualifications

    We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused technician with strong break-fix copier and printer repair experience. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient in the field, thrives on solving technical challenges, and enjoys building strong customer relationships.

    Experience servicing Ricoh, Kyocera, KIP, Canon or similar office equipment is highly preferred. Knowledge of VoIP phone systems or light network connectivity is a plus, but this is not an IT-only position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices (MFPs)
    • Perform break-fix service calls and preventative maintenance at customer locations
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot office equipment and related peripherals
    • Support basic network connectivity for printers, scanners, and VoIP devices
    • Deliver professional, responsive on-site customer service
    • Maintain service records, parts inventory, and accurate documentation
    • Manage car stock inventory to ensure timely repairs
    • Communicate effectively with customers and internal support teams

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years of field service experience repairing copiers, printers, or multifunction office equipment
    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
    • Experience with Ricoh, Kyocera, Canon, Savin, KIP or comparable equipment preferred
    • VoIP phone system experience is a plus
    • Familiarity with network-connected office devices
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

      Job Requirements

      • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
      • Must be able to lift up to, and including 125 lbs.

      Skills/Experience Required

      • Must demonstrate basic electro/mechanical aptitude and possess good communication skills.
      • Computer Knowledge a must!
      • We will provide extensive on the job training and manufactured certification training, but electromechanical and networking skills are a plus.

        This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, is technically savvy, and being part of a fast-paced service team. The Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Associate is responsible for delivering office equipment and supplies, supporting warehouse organization, and helping ensure products are prepared accurately and efficiently for customer delivery.

        This is a hands-on position that combines local delivery driving with warehouse support responsibilities in a highly reputable and established company.

        Key Responsibilities

        • Deliver office equipment, printers, supplies, and related materials to customer locations
        • Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
        • Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking warehouse inventory
        • Prepare equipment and materials for scheduled deliveries
        • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
        • Verify deliveries for accuracy and ensure products arrive in excellent condition
        • Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse logistics
        • Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries
        • Support general warehouse operations as needed

        Qualifications

        • Prior delivery driver, warehouse associate, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
        • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 125lbs.) safely with proper equipment and assistance
        • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
        • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
        • Good communication and customer service skills
        • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
        • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
