Electronic Office Systems is looking for a reliable and experienced Field Service Technician for our Central New Jersey territory. Applicant must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.

Electronic Office Systems, headquartered in Fairfield, NJ, is looking for a reliable and experienced Field Service Technician for our Central New Jersey territory. We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to service the wide range of digital office printing products that EOS offers. The diverse line of office equipment EOS sells, services and supports, includes: Kyocera, Savin, Ricoh, Canon, HP, KIP and other leading manufacturers.

Applicant must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle. Kyocera and Savin training is a must.

KIP Wide Format or HP printer training is a bonus.

Job Description/Duties:

  • Generate sales by identifying new accounts and closing accounts
  • Service exisitng accounts
  • Obtain orders for products and/or services
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule
  • Call on existing or potential clients in assigned territory
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and analyze territory opportunities
  • Build lasting relationships with key customers and partners
  • Product knowledge
  • Maintain customer database knowledge
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales updates
  • Computer skills: proficiency in business software (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM)
